I think of myself as an information architect: I take complicated contexts and turn them into clarity. I have a natural tendency to develop people, create structure in the middle of chaos and spot potential where others don't yet see it.
I believe too many organisations forget something basic: companies are built by tired, insecure, brilliant, imperfect, human people. And that leading well has far more to do with listening and observing than with making noise.
How I think
I was born in Avilés, Asturias, into a humble, hardworking family. I didn't come from a business background or a particularly perfect story. I learned by mixing curiosity, self-teaching, mistakes, exposure and countless conversations with people smarter than me.
I started in digital analytics at Divisadero (later Merkle Spain, part of the Dentsu group), and after three years, at 24, I moved to England on my own — landing at Jellyfish with passable English but plenty of drive. Over time I moved to Barcelona and ended up leading Jellyfish's expansion across Southern Europe, growing the business from just myself to over 120 people across Spain and Italy.

2021 — 2026
Managing Director, Southern Europe
I led operations across Spain, Italy and Portugal. I managed a team of over 120 people, integrated acquisitions and sustained growth with operational rigour.
Jellyfish
2019 — 2021
Managing Director, Spain
I led the Spanish operation following a successful launch. Expanded into Madrid and consolidated the team and business across Spain.
Jellyfish
2016 — 2019
Regional Director - Spain Launch
I opened Jellyfish's first office in a non-English-speaking country. From 1 person to 30 in three years, surpassing €2M GP in 2019.
Jellyfish
Merkle Spain (Divisadero)
First professional steps in web analytics for clients including Vodafone, ING Direct, Mapfre and Bankia.
Digital Intelligence Specialist
2010 — 2013
Jellyfish
I built and led the analytics team from scratch in London. From 1 to 8 people, developing the company's analytics and training offering.
Analytics Director & Manager
2013 — 2016
I’m building a more intentional professional chapter, combining strategic advisory and executive coaching with selected projects and conversations that genuinely interest me.
I also dedicate part of my time to mentoring younger professionals and entrepreneurs, both informally and through mentoring networks.
Less autopilot, more intention around where I spend my time and energy. Still learning. Probably more than ever.
