I tend to add the most value when a business has grown but signs of friction start to appear: slower decisions, unclear roles, overstretched teams, too much dependency on a small number of people, or a structure that is no longer keeping pace with the business.

My career has taken me from digital analytics into business leadership. I grew professionally in London, launched Jellyfish’s Spanish operation from scratch and later led Southern Europe, with more than 120 people across Barcelona, Madrid and Milan.
