Sometimes I come in as an external perspective on a specific challenge. In other cases, I work as an ongoing advisor, supporting the evolution of the business and helping clarify priorities, challenge assumptions and identify tensions before they become bigger problems.

I do not work from a fixed methodology. Each situation requires understanding the context, identifying what is really happening and deciding where attention will have the greatest impact.

I look for trusted relationships, honest conversations and projects where my experience can bring judgement, structure and perspective.
