How I work

I work with an open methodology. I first try to understand the context properly, ask the questions that need asking and identify what is really going on.

From there, my role is usually to help separate the noise from what matters, challenge assumptions and decide where to focus.

Sometimes that means bringing an external perspective to a specific challenge. Other times, it means supporting the business more continuously as it evolves and staying close to some of the decisions that emerge along the way.

I work best through trusted relationships, honest conversations and projects where my experience can bring judgement, structure and perspective.
